Grief can be unpredictable, and some days are tougher than others. On these challenging days, walking becomes an essential part of my coping strategy. It allows me to process my emotions and find a sense of calm amidst the storm. Walking with grief means acknowledging the pain but also finding the strength to keep moving.

When I walk through tough days, I let myself feel the emotions fully. I don't push them away or try to hide them. Instead, I embrace them and walk with them. This acceptance brings a sense of relief and healing.  Most times, adding inspirational or motivational music helps lift my spirits and brings a little joy to an otherwise difficult day.
